Join The Coconut Grove Branch Library for an outdoor reading followed by an Earth Day Clean-up with The Rotary Club of Coconut Grove!

10 AM: The Coconut Grove Branch Library Storytime in the CocoWalk Plaza

Join us for a special Earth Day-focused Storytime where littles will learn about the importance of caring for our earth and the small steps we can take to improve our future.

11 AM: Earth Day Clean-up with The Coconut Grove Branch Library and The Rotary Club of Coconut Grove

Guests 5-years and above can then join the Rotary Club of Coconut Grove to participate in a park clean-up! The group will walk from CocoWalk over to Peacock Park, where everyone can assist in cleaning the mangroves and their surrounding areas. Pre-registered Volunteers will be treated to lunch post clean-up.

All volunteers must sign a waiver to participate
All children must be accompanied by an adult supervisor
Guests younger than 5 years old should not participate, as we will be cleaning the mangroves in the water
Wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting stained
Volunteers will be provided with materials to participate in the cleanup
Volunteer hour forms will be distributed upon request
